Grace joined the Percival & Company family in June 2026 and has already become part of the furniture!
Bringing a wealth of customer service experience, Grace has endless patience, a brilliant eye for detail, and loves getting stuck into problem-solving. As one of our Lettings Negotiators, she helps with viewings, inspections, inventories, and everything in between to keep our rentals running smoothly.
When she's off the clock, you'll usually find Grace spending quality time with her partner, fussing over her cats, or talking about her ever-growing collection of fish (don't get her started... unless you've got time! ).
